Tom Martin

Tom Martin is responsible for planning, place making and product design for the firms varied communities including company’s Build For Rent platform. Prior to joining IHP, Mr. Martin performed duties for Lennar and Fivepoint Communities for over 25 years and the last six years for Newport Pacific Land Company.

Mr. Martin has carved out a reputation in the building industry as a  place maker, planner and product design expert having been involved in an array of high-profile planned communities including The Great Park Neighborhoods and Coto de Caza in Orange County, The Bridges of Rancho Santa Fe, Tesoro Highlands and Lost Canyons in North Los Angeles/Ventura County’s, Windemere and Rivermark in Northern California and Talus Valley in Reno, Nevada as well as many other developments throughout the west.

Mr. Martin holds a Bachelors degree in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine
