Brett Poirier

Brett Poirier joined IHP Capital Partners in 2021 and is currently the Manager of Investor Reporting and Finance. Mr. Poirier is primarily responsible for investor reporting, fair value valuations, and portfolio level debt management.

Prior to joining IHP, Mr. Poirier worked in the finance department at a commercial real estate private equity firm. His primary responsibilities included acquisitions underwriting and investor reporting. Additionally, Mr. Poirier spent several years in finance and real estate consulting for public entities and real estate developers.

Mr. Poirier has over eight years of experience in finance and real estate. He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from Humboldt State University.
