Brenda Habeck has been with IHP Capital Partners since 1998. Ms. Habeck is responsible for the management of housing and entitlement projects, both joint venture and wholly owned.
Prior to joining IHP, Ms. Habeck was an asset manager with Prudential Home Building Investors and oversaw both equity and debt investments throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Ms. Habeck received both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
