Eric Koff re-joined IHP Capital Partners in 2021. Mr. Koff is responsible for the management of land and housing projects, both joint ventured and wholly owned.
Prior to re-joining IHP, Eric was Director of Asset Management for Isles Ranch Partners and was responsible for the nationwide portfolio. Isles Ranch Partners was a real estate investment and asset management firm that focused on residential land and housing opportunities throughout the United States.
In addition to his experience at Isles Ranch Partners, Mr. Koff was a Vice President at IHP Capital Partners for 15 years. During his tenure he was involved in Investor Reporting, Asset Management and underwriting new residential acquisitions.
Mr. Koff has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Finance and Asset Management. He received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and earned his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
