Construction is progressing at TerraLane at Hudson Station, a new 218-home build-to-rent community in Queen Creek, Ariz. Slabs are poured, and framing is quickly taking shape at the project, which will introduce TerraLane Communities’ first townhome product.

TerraLane is partnering with Hancock Builders on construction, marking the sixth residential development the two firms have completed together. Mark-Taylor, Inc. will oversee leasing and property management, with financing provided by 400 Capital Management LLC and Western Alliance Bank.

Leasing is anticipated to begin in Q2 2027.
