Please join us in welcoming Kevin Krone, MBA and Miles Monroe to the IHP Capital Partners team! Kevin is a Senior Financial Analyst where he is supporting IHP’s investment strategy through portfolio level financial analysis and reporting. Kevin brings experience from Related Companies, where he helped manage a billion-dollar mixed-use portfolio. His career spans real estate private equity, investment banking, and compliance, with prior roles at Mathias Partners, Corner Capital Partners, and Jushi Holdings. Kevin holds an MBA in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.

Miles is a Financial Analyst. A recent graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Economics, he has already jumped into various analytics within underwriting, asset management and reporting. He brings hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and operations, and we’re excited to see him grow within the firm.
