TerraLane Communities Acquires 22 Acres for New BFR in Queen Creek, AZ
Congratulations to our build-for-rent company, TerraLane Communities, on its newest acquisition and project, TerraLane at Hudson Station! The development represents a strategic milestone, introducing a new product type and expansion into a new high-growth area in Southeast Phoenix.
TerraLane Communities is pleased to share its acquisition of 22 acres in Queen Creek, Ariz. for the development of TerraLane at Hudson Station. This new project will feature 218 homes, including a mix of single-level and two-story townhomes, and offer a curated collection of lifestyle amenities tailored to today’s renters.
Hudson Station represents TerraLane’s first foray into townhome living, reflecting a strategic evolution in response to growing demand for high-quality, professionally managed rental housing in the Phoenix Metro area.
TerraLane is proud to partner with 400 Capital Management LLC and Western Alliance Bank on financing, and with general contractor Hancock Builders on construction. This will be the sixth residential development TerraLane and Hancock are completing together. Mark-Taylor, Inc. will oversee leasing and property management.
