Jeffrey Enes

Jeff Enes joined IHP Capital Partners in 2006 and is primarily responsible for deal sourcing, acquisitions, project development strategy, underwriting, and joint venture originations. Prior to joining IHP, Mr. Enes was a Project Manager at Webcor Builders, one of California’s largest commercial builders, where he led mixed-use, multi-family, and residential developments in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, Mr. Enes was a Project Engineer on the San Francisco Giants’ project development team for the baseball park in San Francisco. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Enes received a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed California real estate broker and a general building contractor.  Mr. Enes is a member of ULI’s national community development council.
