Dawn-Marie Aleson has been involved with IHP since 1993, when she joined the law firm of Pinto & Dubia, LLP, which incorporated and organized IHP in 1992. In 2004, she joined IHP as part of its newly-formed in-house Legal Department.
Ms. Aleson assists the General Counsel on business transactions. She oversees/manages formation, organization and maintenance of IHP’s numerous entities, and lender license maintenance and reporting for IHP’s investment funds/joint ventures. Additionally, under the direction of IHP’s Chief Compliance Officer, Ms. Aleson implemented and continues to manage IHP’s SEC compliance program and reporting relating to its licensing as a Registered Investment Adviser.
Ms. Aleson obtained her Paralegal Certification with honors from University of California, Irvine. She has served the community as a Trauma Intervention Program of Orange County Volunteer, a Critical Incident Scene Coordinator and as Lead Volunteer.
