Kresston, in Magnolia, Texas, continues to raise the bar with exceptional community amenities. This spring, the masterplan will begin construction on Songbird Hollow Park, a one-acre Texas Hill Country-inspired gathering space located in the community’s Stableton District. Designed to reflect the spirit of iconic Texas venues like Luckenbach, the park will feature a picnic and barbecue area, fire pit plaza, entertainment pavilion, wine barrel seating, bench swings, a horseshoe court and an events lawn for community events.

Expected to open this fall, Songbird Hollow Park will be the first of several district parks planned throughout Kresston, reinforcing the community’s focus on thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that encourage connection and celebrate the traditions of Texas gathering places.
