Construction is progressing at Aria, the new 57-townhome community in San Ramon, Calif., by The Grupe Company, HomesBuiltForAmerica and IHP Capital Partners.

Vertical construction is well underway; the second phase is actively taking shape, and all foundations are nearing completion. Model homes are on schedule for completion next month, with the community’s grand opening anticipated in September.
