IHP Capital Partners is proud to support the Women’s Development Collaborative (WDC) as an annual sponsor and advocate for the advancement of women in real estate and community development.

In May, IHP Partner Renee McDonnell attended WDC’s inspiring Denver event, where women leaders from across the country gathered to reflect on the past, present and future of urban placemaking in Colorado’s capital city.

The program began with a tribute to legendary developer Dana Crawford, whose work in historic preservation helped revitalize Larimer Square. The event continued with insights into Denver’s transformation, showcasing how public-private partnerships and community-driven leadership are shaping inclusive redevelopment across downtown and the Auraria Campus.
