Vistancia Project Update: Scottsdale-based HonorHealth will establish an 8-acre medical district within FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA, the 320-acre commercial core of the award-winning 7,100-acre Vistancia masterplan in North Peoria. This district will bring healthcare services that complement the community’s vision for a comprehensive, dynamic, and walkable lifestyle destination.

As part of its expanded plans, Amkor Technology, Inc. will now build its massive semiconductor packaging facility on another site three miles north of Vistancia, positioning it closer to TSMC’s growing north Phoenix campus.
