SALT LAKE CITY (November 16, 2022) – Fieldstone Homes, a nationally recognized homebuilder in Salt Lake City and IHP Capital Partners, one of the nation’s leading real estate investment firms, announce the debut of Alpine Springs, a new community of 63 contemporary and spacious single-family homes on large lots in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
A special grand opening tent event will be held at Alpine Springs this Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (MST). Alpine Springs’ large lots range in size from 9,000 square feet to 17,700 square feet, and average 10,500 square feet. Homes range in size from 3,231 square feet to 4,541 square feet.
Fieldstone is incorporating three of its proven buyer-favorite floorplans and introducing three new home designs at Alpine Springs. The community offers a mix of one- and two-story homes of varying sizes with Farmhouse, Craftsman and Transitional exterior styles and a color-blocking scheme for added modern appeal. In two rambler and four two-story layouts, floorplans include three or four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and an unfinished basement. Pricing for the homes is yet to be released.
A distinguishable highlight of Alpine Springs’ homes are the customizable features. Several floorplans include an option to add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), also known as a “renter suite.” These suites offer many benefits including the potential to generate additional income. They also offer homeowners the flexibility to share independent living areas with family members and others—allowing seniors to age in place as they require more care and extended families to share a home while maintaining privacy. Additional customization options include two-story great rooms, multiple family rooms, an additional bathroom, as well as finished basements and covered porches.
