We’re pleased to share that Jennifer Dudley and Jeff Enes have been promoted to Partner at IHP Capital Partners.

Jennifer and Jeff exemplify the leadership, integrity, and expertise that define our firm. Their contributions have played a vital role in shaping IHP’s success, industry leadership and culture, and we are proud to recognize their impact with this well-deserved advancement.

Since joining IHP in 2014, Jennifer has led the Finance department and, more recently, has taken on a co-leadership role in Asset Management. Jeff, who has been with IHP since 2006, is instrumental in investment origination and joint venture development.
