Barry Villines is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of IHP Capital Partners and sits on its Investment Committee. Mr. Villines’ career in public accounting spans a total of 16 years, including 13 years Deloitte & Touche LLP in the firm’s audit and assurance practice and three years at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. In addition to his experience in public accounting, Mr. Villines spent seven years with a national healthcare claim audit and recovery company, as Division President and Client Service Manager.
Mr. Villines has twenty three years of audit, accounting and business operations experience and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Villines graduated from California State University, Fullerton with B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Brenda L. Zalke

Prior to joining IHP Capital Partners in 2014, Ms. Zalke held various senior management positions for the California Region of D.R. Horton over her 7 year tenure, including Regional Chief Financial Officer, San Diego Division Operations Manager and Corona Division Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Zalke also worked for Toll Brothers, Inc. for 8 years as their California Controller.
Ms. Zalke graduated from LeMoyne University with a B.S. in Accounting and Alfred State, S.U.N.Y College of Technology with an Associates Degree in Accounting. She is a current board member and the Treasurer of Laura’s House.
Rick Liebermann has primary responsibility for coordinating IHP's institutional, endowment, and high net worth investor relationships across IHP investment platforms. From 2006 until 2013, Mr. Liebermann was Managing Director at LNR Property Corporation, a multi-billion dollar More > global investment manager and operator. At LNR, he oversaw all national and international institutional capital relationships. Previously, he spent 8 years as Executive Vice President/Senior Managing Director with the Grubb & Ellis Advisory practice. Prior to this, Mr. Liebermann spent 11 years as a Partner at TCW Realty Advisors (now CBRE Global Investors) with a senior role in investment management, business development and investor relations. Rick has been a visiting lecturer at UCLA, USC, and UCSB graduate schools and served on various foundation and educational boards. Prior to joining IHP in 2013, Peter was a Senior Vice President for Newland Communities where he was responsible to the acquisition and development of master planned communities and residential projects in Northern California and Northern Nevada. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Planning from California University, Chico. Peter is a member of the American Planning Association, The American Institute of Certified Planners.

Jennifer Dudley is a Senior Vice President of Investor Reporting for IHP Capital Partners. Prior to joining IHP Capital Partners in 2014, Ms Dudley was responsible for Investor and Financial Reporting for the commercial development division of Starwood Capital Group (previously More > LNR Property Group). Throughout her nine-year tenure at LNR Property Group/Starwood Capital Group Ms Dudley’s responsibilities included Investor Reporting, Budgeting/Planning, Accounting and Fund Management for the group’s billion dollar commercial development division.
In addition to her Finance and Reporting experience within commercial and residential development, she spent the first six years of her career in Investment Banking with positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and most recently Citigroup Capital Strategies, a middle market mergers and acquisition firm. While at Citigroup Capital Strategies Ms Dudley was the primary point person responsible for due diligence, valuation, client engagement and market preparation for more than 75 middle market companies from a variety of different industries. Ms Dudley has eighteen years of experience in finance with twelve focused on real estate development. She received a BS in Business Administration - Finance from San Diego State University.

Prior to joining IHP Capital Partners, Susan spent the last four years as Vice President, Asset Management with SunCal Companies, a large residential land developer where she played a key role in development projects which ranged in value from $78 million to over $350 million. Prior to her involvement with SunCal, Ms. Pickle was a financial consultant to Boeing Corporation working with their CPA's and strategic planning/asset management group on evaluating various ways of improving return on assets. Ms. Pickle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
